Shipping policy

Standard shipping cost is 20 euro. The shipping option may not vary based on the delivery address, the time of purchase and the availability of items.

Shipping time in general:

To UK, EU: 5-8 business days

To US, China, Japan, Russia, Argentina and more: 10 -20 business days. - depends on the local delivery process it might take longer.

 

Your package is normally sent by the state delivery with priority and with tracking numbers to follow. This costs 10-12 euro.

 

If you require other company like DHL, Fedex etc their cost should be paid in advance by the customer.

 

Shipping delay - customer compensation: Tangolace Ltd takes responsibility (instead of the delivery company) after 14 business days of delivery delay and should compensate the customer for 1 item in the value of 75 euro + shipping cost (10-12 euro). The model, size, color, fabric are based upon the customer's selection. Customer may require it in that certain year until 31 December when the shipping delay happened. Tangolace Ltd may also offer as a gift any item for the customers for free.

 

 

In case of pandemia, carantine, lockdown, war situation, Covid health measures, Christmas time (20 December - 05 January) the shipping time takes longer  (with 1-4 months) depends on the actual unexpected circumstances.
