Exchange & Return Policy
Returns: Our policy lasts 14 days
. If this time has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In case of ordering individual items (in colors, measurements, fabrics) which are different even in one detail at least than standard items in webshop claims acceptable for returns only: item demages, differences in color, fabric, measurement than were indicated/sent on email by customers.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Clients responssible for to give legable/real shipping address and name to get the peckage. It it returns because of not the name/shipping address was not found the clinet must pay for the following shipping cost.

As it shows your package arrived and was taken you have only 14 days to complain/ask despute, refund, item-changing by email. After this due time we are not accepting any claims, desputes, requests for refund or for changing.
We are not taking responsibility for the shipping time, notes instead of the post. Nore for the shipping-administration by the shipping history. If any problem might occure during the shipping process write to us via email we will open a despuit/make an official inquiry at the post. The investigation by the post takes 30 days. We can inform you about the result only after 30 days as we got it from the post. Please, note the shipping history valid only for 3 months. If you forget to inform us by email that you did not get your package/any problems happened than we can not help you over 3 months started from the date of delivery and all your shipping info got lost.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 days.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 30 days starting from approval date.
Exchange: We only replace items if they are damaged during delivery process, or your are not satisfield with the quality of sewing/fabrics. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at tangolace@gmail.com and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item which is not refundable.
The original shipping costs (20 euro) are non-refundable as well. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
